Return & Refund Policy
NOTICE: This website is operated by European Beauty Concepts, Ltd. ("Company" or "We") acting as an online distributor of Ever Ego Italy, Linange Italy, Inebrya, Fanola and RR Line - Hair Pro products.
We accepts returns within 45 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned and original shipping is non-refundable. We are also not responsible nor will refund orders placed through unauthorized third-party resellers.
Within 45 days
- Returns: We are happy to accept returns on unopened, unused products and devices within 45-days of purchase. Once the item is received a refund is processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on payment method, the refund will take 5-10 business days after receiving and reviewing the item.
- Warranty: On electronic items sold on our site, European Beauty Concepts, Ltd. will honor warranty related claims within 1 year of purchasing. If you’ve found an issue with your device, please call or text the European Beauty Concepts at 1-914-375-8100, or fill out the form here.
After 45 days
- Warranty: European Beauty Concepts, Ltd. will honor warranty related claims within 1 year of purchasing of electronic products such as hair blowers, hair curling Irons, etc. If you’ve found an issue with your device, please call or text the European Beauty Concepts, Ltd. Care Center at 1-914-375-8100, or fill out the form here.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a return. At this time, we do not offer any exchanges for orders or items.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please complete a return request form. Once submitted, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to review your request. Once approved, you will receive emailed instructions with a link to download a packing label to place inside the packaging, and a UPS Ground shipping label to affix outside of the packaging.
Items must be shipped within 15 days of label creation. All returns must include the packing slip within return packaging. Otherwise, it will cause processing delays.
Once your return is delivered to the warehouse, it takes up to 5 business days to check in and inspect the return. Once your return inspection is approved, then your refund will be processed (including sales tax), and a credit will be automatically returned to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account depending on your banking institution.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges when possible on defective or products damaged during transit at no cost to the customer. We would need multiple photos of the exterior of the shipping box (also of the shipping label), of the items inside showing any spillage and photos of the damaged products. Email the photos to: email.
The Exchange process take 1-2 business days and a new tracking number will be provided. These items will be shipped via UPS Ground Saver or USPS Priority Mail.
Defective Product
It’s best to make it right! Fill out the form here. In order to best serve your needs, we’ll need some images of your defective items. Note that goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three (45) days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged because of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same color, shade or size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Late Returns
For items you wish to return outside of the standard 45-day return policy timeframe, please reach out via our Customer Service Team. At the Company’s discretion, the return may be approved for store credit.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on ebcamerica.com, the package will be returned to our shipping facility. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
